Support with Application

It is not the role of the DAR to provide support to employers in preparing and submitting an application to participate in the DAMA program.

The DAR is responsible for deciding on Third Party requests for endorsement to seek access to enter into a Labour Agreement and will not compromise this role with providing assistance in completing applications.

The DAR can provide information and some guidance to employers who are interested in submitting applications.

Local Councils can assist prospective employers/sponsors in their respective municipalities to review their eligibility for participation prior to lodging a formal Request for Endorsement.

Employers who need assistance with the whole or part of the process should get help from an appropriate service provider. If you decide to use a migration agent, it is recommended that you choose an agent from the Register of Migration Agents. This Register lists all agents registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority to provide immigration assistance.
