Variation Request process
Endorsement to access the Great South Coast Designated Area Migration Agreement (GSC DAMA) is granted for up to five years.
Businesses may be endorsed for occupation types and worker numbers across multiple years, allowing for forward workforce planning.
Where additional workers or new occupations are required beyond the approved endorsement, businesses can apply for a variation to their labour agreement through the GSC DAMA Designated Area Representative.
